Referral Policy Effective August 1, 2015 The Union shall evaluate the applicant and place the applicant in the Group for which he qualifies in accordance with the Labor Agreement. The applicant shall sign the appropriate "Out of Work" Book, and print his name, phone number, and Local Union number if applicable.

Original sign-in must be in person from 7:30am - 4:00pm. Original sign-ins for those signing Book II must be accompanied with a letter from your Business Manager stating that you passed the journeyman wireman's exam or completed an Inside Wireman Apprenticeship. For qualifications for any other out of work book, contact the Business Manager.
